This pack is made up of literacy, numeracy, creative and reflective activities based on the theme of friendship for Years 3 - 6.
International Friendship Day is celebrated worldwide on July 30. It is about encouraging friendship, respect, kindness and cooperation among different cultures and working together in our world community. This pack is designed to encourage students to consider the values and actions of a good friend, how they can be a friend and develop quality friendships with others. It explores what it means to be a friend and how students can contribute positively to develop strong friendships. This pack could also be used for any lesson designed to teach students about friendship in their lives.
